Did the Flyers do something to get better than I missed? From what I recall all their offseason developments have been negative:

-Kimmo gone
-Downgrade from Hartnell to Umberger
-Vinny a year older/more badder

All kidding aside I agree and no I don't think the Islanders are some cup contender and I'm not being cocky before some half wit chimes in. I just don't understand how the Flyers are there when we are basing this on paper but hey whatever.

Well your right on most except vinny. Hes looked really good in preseason. Actually doesnt even look like the same player last year. Still not thrilled with our d but no reason to believe they wont finish in the playoffs this year. Me? Im hoping for a lottery pick.
